About The Event

We are out of lockdoiwn, and it's time to celebrate!

The restaurant will be decorated for the theme, and our French entertainment will have an Halloween twist

. Hosted by Claire de Lune, live accordion, French singer, Cancan dancers

MENU:

BRIOCHE DE LANGOUSTE : Mini brioche filled with lobster, butter lettuce, confit heirloom tomatoes and mayonnaise

VICHYSSOISE CHAUDE: Leek, potato and cream soup, parmesan tuile

PETIT POT D’ESCARGOTS BOURGUIGNON: Snails in garlic butter served with crusty baguette

CANARD A L’ORANGE: Braised confit duck leg, seared breast, orange sauce, kumara puree, carrot crisps,

pommes noisettes, baby mâche

GÂTEAU SAINT-HONORÉ:

Bearing the name of the patron saint of French pâtissiers, this crown-like confection of pastry

and crème is a cake in a venerable tradition.

PETITS FOURS: Truffe au chocolat, Macaron

Anyone entering the premises must provide prove of double vaccination and check in with Service NSW
