Two Truths and a Lie is a multi-faceted cabaret curated by the young and upcoming female artists; Brea Macey and Greta Goodworth. They will grapple with the ideas they were brought up to believe in the most poignant way they know how; song and dance!
Two Women and an Industry that asks them to be the ultimate truth tellers; and yet are told to lie about their age… weight… and how well they can ride a horse… They share their frustration with the audience of the lies we tell ourselves, and the hidden truths underneath.

GRETA GOODWORTH BIO:
Greta Goodworth is a multi-talented international artist hailing from the cultural hub of Cologne, Germany. Born into a world of creativity, Greta's upbringing in a bilingual household nurtured her love for the arts from an early age, laying the foundation for a career that would span the realms of acting, dance, and music.
Her journey as a performer began on the stages of local theatres and dance studios, where she honed her craft and discovered her unique voice.
From 2012 to 2018, she graced the screen as Lara Brooks in the long-running series "Lindenstrasse" and appeared in acclaimed German television series such as "In Aller Freundschaft," "Alarm für Cobra 11," and "Phoenixsee”.
During her studies at the Actors Centre Australia (grad 2021) she portrayed various roles such as Dorinda in "The Beaux' Stratagem," (dir Claudia Barrie), Dunyasha in "The Cherry Orchard," and Lady Anne in “Richard III” (dir Adam Cook).
In 2022, she portrayed Elizabeth Woolcock in "High Above the Clouds," (dir Lisa Kelaher).
You will be able to see her act and direct in Carol Churchill’s “Ice Cream with Hot Fudge” during this years Sydney Fringe Festival.
BREA MACEY BIO:
Brea Macey, having just graduated from Actors Centre Australia (2023); is a young and upcoming actor already claiming 7 awards to her career.
Regardless of her only recent conclusion of acting school, Brea’s notable works include; “From All Sides” (written and directed by Award-Winning Bina Bhattacharya), “Noel and Gertie, Down and Dirty”; an interstate toured cabaret (recipient of the Adelaide Fringe Critics Circle Award 2024), and “a thing of hope.”; a self-directed one-woman show (winning 6 awards in the 2024 Short+Sweet Sydney Festival including Best Actor and Best Script).
During Brea’s training, she directed her passion project, “The Boys” and played the title role in “Antigone” (directed by Damien Ryan). Other significant roles Brea enacted during her time at ACA include; Ishtar Madigan (Banging Denmark), Nikki Faletau (Wherever She Wanders), Sir Toby Belch (Twelfth Night), Lady Macbeth (Macbeth), Ejlert Lovborg (Hedda Gabler), and Marial (The Great).
