AMUSE BOUCHE:

· Mini brioche with ham and mango

ENTREE:

· Scallop double baked souffle with lobster beurre blanc

MAIN:

· Roasted turkey breast filled with pear, walnut and prune, rolled in prosciutto and served with roasted vegetable and sage jus

DESSERT:

· Bûche de Noël

· Belgian chocolate truffle and French macaron
