Claire's pop up petit cabaret presents Ashleigh Rubenach

3 course dinner and 2 twenty minutes live sets

A graduate of WAAPA, Ashleigh recently starred as Allison in Cry-Baby (Hayes Theatre Co/LPD) for which she received the Judith Johnson Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role in a Musical at the 2018 Sydney Theatre Awards. Ashleigh has appeared in Anything Goes and My Fair Lady (GFO/OA), Funny Girl (SSO), and The Sound of Music (GFO) in which she understudied and performed the role of ‘Maria’.  A Talent Development Project graduate, Ashleigh made her New York City debut as a recipient of the 2015 Bound for Broadway Scholarship, returning to the US in 2016 to headline a televised concert for ASCAP's Broadway Tomorrow series at the Kennedy Centre (Washington, DC).  She was a Top 6 Finalist of the Rob Guest Endowment in both 2015 and 2018, winning the 2018 Melbourne East End Theatre District Award. Ashleigh is currently performing in Muriel’s Wedding: The Musical (Global Creatures).
