Multi award-winning artist Catherine Alcorn, is one of Australia's most in-demand artists, described as “a jewel in the crown of Australian theatre” (Adelaide Now), renowned for her powerhouse vocals and razor sharp wit.Hailed as a ‘must see!’ by the L.A. TIMES, Catherine has headlined the world’s most celebrated festivals including Sydney Festival, Adelaide Cabaret Festival, Tasmania’s Festival of Voices and Noosa Long Weekend.In 2018 she made her triumphant USA and Sydney Opera House debut in her most famous role as The Divine Miss Bette, her smash hit stage show channelling Bette Midler, winning her the Best Cabaret Production in the 2018 Broadway World Awards.Catherine’s theatre credits include her Sydney Theatre Award nominated cabaret Cathartic, the Australian premiere of off-Broadway cult hit 5 Lesbians Eating A Quiche, her award-winning cabaret Go Your Own Way: The Story of Christine McVie and Glen Street Theatre’s Cabaret In The Glen Festival in the role as Artistic Director.Most recently, Catherine launched a brand new cabaret “30 Something” at Hayes Theatre with legendary showman Phil Scott to rave reviews, and in March this year launched Sydney’s new virtual venue The Reservoir Room out of the iconic Paddington Town Hall; a project that live-streamed Friday Night Live, a weekly variety show that Catherine co-hosted with Rodger Corser, and a Saturday night cabaret and live music set. The Reservoir Room reconnected artists with their audiences during COVID-19 and kept the industry working. Season 2 will launch in October.

The cabaret room capacity is now only 30 guests to adhere to the Covid 19 personal distancing rules
