Darryl & Harmony

Music theatre veteran and entertainment entrepreneur, Darryl Lovegrove, and his rising star daughter Harmony, have been delighting audiences of all generations and demographics at private and special events since 2009. In 2012 they received the highest accolade in the special events industry when they won ‘Entertainer of the year’ at the Australian Event Awards.

Performing a combination of duets and solos, Broadway blockbusters and operatic Arias they also present their own unique take on contemporary classics such as ‘The Prayer’, ‘What the world needs now’, ‘Under Pressure’ and ‘Time to say goodbye’.

Darryl is best known for his portrayal of Jesus in ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’ opposite Jon Stevens and Deni Hines. His extensive theatrical credits include joining the original Australian casts of both ‘Les Miserables’ and ‘Chess’ as well as performing alongside Sarah Brightman in the Australasian tour ‘The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber’ before playing John Lennon in the NZ tour of ‘Looking through a glass onion’. Darryl’s the founder of Lovegrove Entertainment and co-creator of the world’s most successful corporate entertainment act, ‘The Three Waiters’.

Harmony was a finalist in network 10's revival of ‘Young Talent Time’ where judge Tina Arena compared her to a young Barbra Streisand as well as a finalist on Team Delta in ‘The Voice Kids’. She was cast by Neil Gooding as The Narrator in ‘Joseph’ and Grizabella in ‘Cats’ for Packemin Productions. An alumni of Sydney’s prestigious Talent Development Project, she’s also one of the longest running featured artists in the Schools Spectacular where her version of Wicked’s ‘Defying Gravity’ on youtube remains one of the most viewed School Spec clips.
