Jake Tyler invites you to a delectable night of fine dining and cabaret with his own unique twists on all the classics you know and love. Join Jake on this intimate cabaret journey with some special guests, laughs and just a few “shameless plugs” along the way!
Bio:Jake Tyler is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Music who has performed alongside American Composer John Bucchino and was invited to perform with international star Adele in her Australian tour. Jake has toured with the Australian Shakespeare Company and Echelon Productions. Jake is co-producer of Jazz and Soul Duo, shared with partner Olivia Vásquez, who premiered the duo production of Gone Too Soon with Mama Montez Productions which has performed on Carnival Cruise lines. Jake has performed alongside international group The Tap Pack and has portrayed Munkustrap in CATS The Musical which toured New Zealand. Jake was involved in Opera Australia’s world premiere of Whiteley – The Brett Whiteley Opera portraying Prince Phillip and seen in Marriage of Figaro, both performed at Sydney’s most iconic venue, The Opera House. Earlier this year, Jake was seen directing Heathers The Musical at ARA Darling Quarter Theatre and seen playing multiple roles as an onstage swing in the Australian Premiere of ATYP’s production of The Deb at the new Rebel Theatre. Most recently, Jake played the role of James in the new Australian workshop Spitfire Girls and is currently writing his EP in which he will be collaborating with an exciting contemporary artist, Tuscan.
