Claire's Pop Up Petit Cabaret presents an intimate evening with the amazing Minnie Cooper. In her new one woman show From Chorus Boy to Leading Lady, Minnie brings together her two greatest loves – drag and musical theatre. She promises you loads of Broadway tunes and more than a few laughs!

Minnie was the reigning queen of Sydney’s premier nightclub Arq for fifteen years, producing award-winning shows and driving Sydney’s partygoers wild with excitement. She has produced and choreographed many large-scale spectacles at events such as Mardi Gras and Sleaze Ball, and has worked with stars including Jimmy Barnes, Kylie Minogue, Tina Arena, Kate Miller-Heidke, David Atkins, Todd McKenney, Rhonda Burchmore and Australia’s most famous drag performer, Carlotta.

Minnie has won more Drag Industry Variety Awards (DIVAs) than just about anyone, including having been awarded the prestigious Entertainer of the Year on a record number of four occasions.

In 2016, Minnie was semi-finalist on Australia’s Got Talent combining her drag, singing and tap dancing prowess. More recently she performed for Cher at the 2018 Mardi Gras parade and for Kylie in 2019. She also appeared as a judge on Seven Network’s talent show All Together Now.
