Bio
Kurt Phelan is an Australian actor best known for his leading role of Johnny Castle in Dirty Dancing. Other productions include Priscilla Queen of the Desert, American Idiot, Singing in the Rain and She Loves Me; to name a few. A fixture in the Australian Musical Theatre scene, Kurt now calls NYC home, where he, along with his husband Lance Horne has lead and hosted a collective of performing artists in the antics at the famous night spot Club Cumming. Owned by nun-other than actor Alan Cumming titled ‘Mondays in the Club with Lance.’ NYC has seen Kurt find many other opportunities too…
