Join us to celebrate Valentine's day with a French flavour...

4 course dinner $100 p/p

 

Amuse Bouche

• Chilled roasted tomato soup with parmesan tuile

Starter ( your choice of)

• Seared tuna salad Nicoise, Kipfler potato, bean, egg, anchovy, olives

• Duck liver parfait served with French baguette croutons, grape chutney and cornichons

• Smoked salmon mille feuilles with marscapone bavarois, asparagus and avocado salad and Elderflower gelee 

• Seared scallops with pumpkin sabayon, micro herbs and crispy leeks 

• Zucchini flowers stuffed with French goat cheese, crumbed and served with red pepper coulis and salsa verde

• Double baked three cheese soufflé

Main course (your choice of )

• Confit Duck leg with orange sauce, braised fennel and pommes dauphines 

• Free range chicken paupiette with wild mushroom and veal farce, asparagus risotto and French morels sauce 

• Lamb rack, mustard and parsley crumbs, baby turnips, beetroot puree, Dutch carrots and black garlic jus

• Ratatouille, tofu and vegan cheese pie, with tomato jam 

• Pan fried snapper fillet with Jerusalem artichoke puree, veal jus and crispy parmesan asparagus 

• Duck and pinot noir pie with brie under the crust, potato mash 

• Fillet of beef Chateaubriand (MR), wrapped in prosciutto with béarnaise, truffle potato mash and green beans

Dessert

• White chocolate, mango and raspberry Heart with raspberry sorbet
