Starter ( your choice of)• Seared tuna salad Nicoise, Kipfler potato, bean, egg, anchovy, olives
• Duck liver parfait served with French baguette croutons, grape chutney and cornichons
• Smoked salmon mille feuilles with marscapone bavarois, asparagus and avocado salad and Elderflower geleeÂ
• Seared scallops with pumpkin sabayon, micro herbs and crispy leeksÂ
• Zucchini flowers stuffed with French goat cheese, crumbed and served with red pepper coulis and salsa verde
