PJ has honoured the memory of his father, Don Lane through numerous major concerts and performances, offering cherished memories of Don’s life in song, dance and humour. At Claire’s Pop Up Petit Cabaret PJ offers his own stories and style of music, some which are of course related to his famous and beloved father.

PJ was born into showbiz royalty but with a love for sport eclipsing entertainment as a teenager, PJ pursued a career in basketball.  He received a college scholarship in the USA and turned professional in Greece where he played and lived until his father’s health started to decline.His love of performing was a constant and after Don passed away PJ turned to the stage in cabaret and acting.  As an award-winning entertainer and star of tv dramas he was fulfilling his love of the arts while still making a career in sport, including that of a professional wrestling commentator.  As his father before him, PJ acknowledges that both the stage and sport will always be a part of who he is.
